Speys Music & Entertainment is an owner-operated music and entertainment label. Owner and editorially responsible pursuant to § 18(2) MStV: Oz Ocalan.
Original work and authorship
SPEYS and its credited collaborators write, arrange and develop original music and lyrics. Creative direction, recording, production, mixing and mastering are carried out by SPEYS or the credited contributors. Rights remain with their respective owners. Scraping, model training, dataset inclusion, republication and commercial reuse are not permitted without prior written consent.
Third-party systems
Some production workflows may use third-party software, generative systems and distribution services. Their underlying models, training datasets, databases and technical infrastructure are developed and controlled by the respective providers, not by SPEYS. SPEYS reviews its own creative inputs and released outputs and responds to substantiated rights claims. This statement does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Consumer dispute resolution
Unless legally required, Speys Music & Entertainment does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
